Oh what is going on guys today is another day for DJI to release another firmware update for the DJI Osmo Pocket. Now this thing just keeps getting better and better every time; that is the one amazing thing about DJI as a company – they keep improving products that they already have out. Now, with the firmware update V01.08.00.20, DJI has added three extra functions for the DJI Osmo Pocket, one of which is phase detection autofocus.
Phase detection autofocus is incredible at the current present time. Before this update, DJI Osmo Pocket had contrast detection, which is a completely different focusing system. Phase detection autofocus has now been added, making the focusing process much faster. This is a highly anticipated improvement for the DJI Osmo Pocket as it addresses previous focusing issues that some users experienced, particularly when trying to focus on specific subjects.

The version V01.08.00.20 is now available, so make sure to update your Mimo app and connect your DJI Osmo Pocket to the app in order to download the firmware.
