Panasonic Lumix S5 + 20-60mm Lens Portrait Shoot

What’s up guys, it’s Mitch here, back with another behind-the-scenes shoot video. Today is really exciting as I’m shooting with the Panasonic S5 and the 20-60mm lens. We are shooting at the beach, a beautiful location during golden hour. I have two models with me today, Amanda and Lisa, who you might recognize from previous videos on the channel. So, let’s dive into this shoot and have some fun!

Location and Lighting

We start off on top of a dune, taking advantage of the last bit of sunlight. The view down the beach is stunning, and it adds an element of natural beauty to the portraits.

Poses and Interactions

First, I instruct the models to do a slow walk towards me. The movement creates dynamic and natural photos. Then, I have Amanda and Lisa walk together, holding hands and laughing, capturing their friendship and connection.

Next, I ask them to look at each other and have fun while walking towards me. The goal is to capture their genuine laughter and create a lively atmosphere.

We also experiment with different looks by having them look off-camera, changing directions and expressions. This adds variety and showcases their individual personalities.

Additional Shots

To mix things up, I ask Amanda to take a step to her left, creating some space between the models. This change in composition adds interest to the photos.

In some shots, I capture Amanda and Lisa walking together but looking in opposite directions. This creates a sense of mystery and intrigue.

We also take shots of Lisa looking down and Amanda looking at her. These intimate moments add depth and emotion to the series.

Conclusion

Let me know what you thought of the pictures in the comments below. I want to extend a massive thank you to Amanda and Lisa for being our models today, as well as to Serb for being behind the camera. Thanks for joining me, and I’ll catch you in the next video!
