Oh yes, it seriously just feels like my favorite board got better! This is the Evolve Stoke. I’ve been riding this board since January of 2021, so almost a year and a half now. I have put countless miles on this board. It is my daily driver and sits next to my desk, always charged. I take it in my van with me anywhere I go, whether it’s a fun ride at the beach or using it in my van as kind of like a last mile transportation. Or I’m just going out for a ride with my girls. I love this skateboard so much that I was about to make a video saying it’s my favorite e-board. But then I looked on the Evolve website and realized they’re out of stock. So, I reached out to Evolve and asked when they’ll be getting more Stokings. They responded, “We’re not, because they’re releasing this bad boy, the Evolve Stoke Series 2.” And today, we’re going to talk about this board, see what’s new, what’s the same, and ultimately, should you buy this board.
What’s the Same
Let’s start with everything that’s the same as the Series 1. The deck is still 33.5 inches, with the same concave and spray-on grip tape. It also has the same Eva foam pad in the back and a swallowtail design that looks cool but doesn’t affect the performance. The board still features the dual 1500-watt motors in the back, providing a total of 3000 watts of power. The battery case contains a 144-watt-hour battery pack, which is travel-friendly. It offers a range of 10 miles, which is perfect for most riders. The Stoke still maintains its super carvy feel with its 306mm double kingpin trucks and orangutan guama wheels.

The Evolve Stoke Series 2 brings two significant updates from the Hadian series board: the motor controller and the phase remote.
