I actually wish GoPro just built this onto the GoPro. Like, I’m kind of shocked they didn’t. Now that I see it, but it’s $15, so I figured I would buy it, test it out, and let you guys know if it’s worth it. The thing is, I haven’t even heard that someone was making this thing, so if I haven’t heard about it, maybe you haven’t heard about it either, and maybe we’ll both learn something today.

Let’s Unbox the Replacement GoPro Feet Mount
Now, let’s get this thing open and find out if it’s as good as you guys said it was. Ah, there it is! What we have here is a replacement GoPro feet mount. The flip-down feet on a GoPro are replaceable, and this accessory allows you to easily swap them out if they break or get damaged. You simply remove the four hex screws, pop off the old feet, and attach the new ones. However, the clever thing about this mount is that it also features a quarter 20 female thread, making it compatible with devices that do not have a GoPro mount. This means you can mount your GoPro directly onto tripods and other accessories, eliminating the need for additional adapters.

After installing the replacement feet mount, my GoPro now has a quarter 20 mount in the middle of the two feet. This allows me to directly mount my GoPro to various accessories without the need for additional adapters.
