Using the Spot Healing Brush Tool

The Spot Healing Brush tool is located in the toolbar next to the Crop tool. When using this tool, it is important to set the mode to “Normal” and the type to “Content-Aware”. This setting allows the tool to pull information from the photograph and fill in the areas to remove distractions.

Make sure to click on “Sample All Layers” and work on a new layer, as this approach is non-destructive. By using a new layer, you can easily turn the edits on and off at any time without altering the original image.
