Let’s start with the ingredients. You’ll need Himalayan sea salt, crack black pepper, all-purpose unbleached flour, and extra virgin olive oil. Additionally, you’ll need aluminum foil and organic, air-chilled chicken breast. I recommend using a 10-inch non-stick pan for frying.
