The Easiest Recipe EVER!!!

Welcome back to cooking with Jared. Today, I’m going to show you how to make my World Famous Fried Chicken. It’s been 16 years since we’ve been in my kitchen to cook all the way back to the original video, and I am excited to share this recipe with you. But before we dive in, let’s take a trip down memory lane and watch the original cooking video from 16 years ago. Yes, that’s right, I still have the original “wanker” shirt that I wore in that video. It’s the same one from 16 years ago, and I can’t believe it’s been that long. Watching that video, I can’t help but laugh at how awkward I looked back then. But a lot has changed since then, and I wouldn’t be in this kitchen, with all the tools and equipment if it wasn’t for you, my viewers. So let’s get started and make some delicious fried chicken.

Let’s start with the ingredients. You’ll need Himalayan sea salt, crack black pepper, all-purpose unbleached flour, and extra virgin olive oil. Additionally, you’ll need aluminum foil and organic, air-chilled chicken breast. I recommend using a 10-inch non-stick pan for frying.

Begin by seasoning your flour with salt and pepper. Coat the bottom of the pan with the olive oil and pre-heat it on low heat. Cut the chicken breast into pieces and prepare to coat them with the seasoned flour.

Cooking Process

Once the oil is pre-heated, gently coat the chicken pieces in the seasoned flour and carefully place them in the pan. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.

Remember to maintain an appropriate oil temperature and avoid overheating to prevent carcinogens. The key is to achieve a crispy, flavorful exterior while ensuring the chicken is cooked to perfection.

Once the chicken is ready, remove it from the pan and lay it on a paper towel to drain any excess oil. This helps to ensure a crispy texture. Serve your world famous fried chicken with your favorite sides and dipping sauces.

Thank you for joining me on this culinary journey. I may not be a professional chef, but I hope you enjoyed this simple and delicious fried chicken recipe. Now, it’s your turn to give it a try. Feel free to share your feedback and any variations you may have tried. Happy cooking!
